Health Stars on 3047 FGC products

            NZFGC member companies continue to add food products to the Health Star Rating system despite the challenges of Covid – maintaining operations and an efficient supply chain and keeping staff safe. The latest update for Q3 and Q4 2021 shows NZFGC member companies now have 3047 SKUs in the system, an increase of 113 over Q2. As at mid-2021 (the latest update from the Ministry for Primary Industries), there were some 5600 products in the system, with the majority of the remaining 2550 being the home brands of Foodstuffs and Countdown (many of which are supplied by NZFGC members).
