The Commerce Commission has published their
on Foodstuffs North Island and Foodstuffs South Island merger
.The
outlines the key competition issues that the Commerce Commission considers important in deciding whether or not to grant clearance to the proposed merger. The Commission is seeking feedback from interested parties, with the closing date of Thursday 1 February 2024. NZFGC will be providing feedback on behalf of members, and we will be seeking further information from members shortly to support this submission. Read the Commission's press release
