Massey University is seeking help from food and grocery manufacturers in the Auckland region that employ fewer than 100 staff to take part in a project aimed at developing a customised mental health toolkit. And it’s free.

With the pressures of Covid-19 affecting much of the workforce, employee mental health and wellbeing is even more important now than ever, and in response, Massey are offering eight companies the opportunity to create and implement customised employee wellbeing initiatives.

The impact of these initiatives will be evaluated by the research team with the aim of building a toolkit of evaluated wellbeing initiatives for the food and grocery manufacturing sector.
