Workshop on FSNI's operating model
A workshop to explain Foodstuffs North Island’s new operating model and provide information on how to calculate suppliers’ cost to serve will be held in Auckland this Friday.
FSNI CEO Chris Quin and FGC’s Katherine Rich will host the session, which will feature FSNI General Manager Merchandise David Stewart, General Manager Supply Chain Vaughan Grant, and other FSNI leaders talking about the model and answering questions.
There will also be a series of ‘mini workshops’ and an overview of cost to serve in general.
This is a great opportunity for FGC members, and is targeted at General Manager, National Sales Manager and FSNI BM/AMs plus logistics leaders.
Places are limited to three per company, so early registration, on the FGC website, is advised.
