Course covers the management of allergens
The NZ Institute of Food Science & Technology is holding an important half-day course in December – a Toolkit for Managing Allergens in Your Food Manufacturing Operation. There are still spaces available and due to their popularity, extra sessions have been added.
It will be held in Christchurch on Tuesday 9 December and Auckland on Friday 12 December.
It will give an overview of allergens, legal and ethical responsibilities, discover danger points in their processes, and learn to control cross-contamination.
