Customer relationships subject of speaker session
CRM Consulting Director Laurie Smith will be the guest speaker atFGC's Customer and Consumer Services Working Group's third Speaker Session of the year, to be held in Auckland on October 2.
Laurie will speak on 'Developing Excellence in CRM and Contact Centres', and share her belief that contact centres are often the driving force for companies – where the first point of contact gives a company a chance to show how much they value their customers. She will also cover off details of the CRM Contact Centre Awards and how to get involved.
