Consumer Goods Forum looks at food safety ahead of summit

The Consumer Goods Forum is holding a Global Food Safety Conference in March in Malaysia, ahead of its 59th Global Summit in New York in June.

The Global Food Safety Conference, from 4-6 March in Kuala Lumpur has been labelled as the leading global food safety event for food safety experts and stakeholders in the food industry.

The 59th Global Summit, which will be in New York from 24-26 June, is a great opportunity for top-level industry executives to gain an insight into the key challenges facing the consumer goods sector. Last year, FGC Chair Pierre van Heerden and Chief Executive Katherine Rich attended the Global Summit, which was held in Paris.

Individual companies can become members of the forum, and FGC members are encouraged to consider this. It’s a chance to be part of a global membership that works to identify areas and future trends within the consumer goods industry, develops, implements and shares solutions and best practices, and to shape the industry agenda.
