EXECUTIVE:

Product Development Director
As part of the executive team formulates technology, development and quality programmes, policies and procedures to maintain the organisations competitive position and profitability of its operations. Directs the research and development leading to new or improved products and processes and provides technical assistance.

SENIOR MANAGEMENT (up to 15 years experience):

Research & Development Manager
Formulates and implements research and development programs, policies and procedures.

Packaging Manager
Develops and promotes opportunities in the broad area of packaging which will support brand strategies and marketing plans, enhance brand presence and positioning, and lead to cost and quality improvements.

MIDDLE MANAGEMENT (from 3 to 7 years experience):

Research & Development Manager
Formulates and implements research and development programs, policies and procedures.

Packaging Manager

Quality Assurance Manager
Determines and ensures the implementation of quality standards and formulation specifications of manufactured products.

Manages new product development, maintenance and the improvement of existing products within the brand.

JUNIOR / ENTRY LEVEL (from 0 to 3 years experience):

Packaging Technologist
Works with the packaging team to develop and implement new packaging types and packaging changes from concept to market.

Research & Development Officer
Assists in conducting research studies and supervises the investigation of problems.

Quality Assurance Officer
Ensures manufactured products conform to established specifications of quality.

Food Technologist
Manages new product development, maintenance and the improvement of existing products within the brand.
