EXECUTIVE:

Finance Director
Lead and direct all finance activities to ensure the integrity of all financial transactions and records in accordance with internal and international accounting standards and statutory compliance, and credibility of information to enable prudent decision-making by management. Provide outstanding analysis for an effective decision-making process.

SENIOR MANAGEMENT (up to 15 years experience):

Financial Controller
Controls the finance and accounting methods, practices and procedures of the organisation, and prepares appropriate financial assessments, accounting records and other information, allowing senior management to make informed business decisions.

Information Technology Operations Manager
Plans, develops and directs the information technology operations infrastructure of the company.

MIDDLE MANAGEMENT (from 3 to 7 years experience):

Management Accountant
Review the financial aspects of the company’s operations utilising analytical techniques to evaluate financial outcomes of business strategies.

Financial Accountant
Prepare and analyse accounting statements and reports reflecting financial results.

Internal Audit Manager
Develop and manage an independent appraisal of accounting, managerial controls and related areas within the organisation for the review of accounting, financial and other operations.

Information Technology Operations Manager
Plans, develops and directs the information technology operations infrastructure of the company.

Systems Manager
Controls the operating effectiveness of IT systems and co-ordinates the provision of advice to user departments.

JUNIOR / ENTRY LEVEL (from 0 to 3 years experience):

Database Administrator
Effectively administers company databases and system/network management tools.

Systems Analyst
Prepares programming plans and specifications and analyses and defines functions, operations, procedures, physical systems and technical problems.

Analyses and implements data processing procedures and participates in the development and enhancement of these systems.
