ABOUT THE FGC:

The New Zealand Food & Grocery Council (FGC) represents New Zealand manufacturers and suppliers to the grocery industry. Not only does it act as a forum to discuss and pursue issues of concern and interest to the industry, but it is also a powerful lobby group.

It makes representations to Government and other relevant organisations on matters that effect the industry in addition to liaising with many Government departments on food legislation, trade practices and environmental issues.

The FGC is represented on GS1NZ and ECR Australasia Boards.
